Like most people these days I have a presence on social media, but I also try not to spread myself too thin or lose too much time taking quizzes to find out which kind of potato I am.

Twitter

I get most of my news from twitter these days, as it takes too long to wait for the news channels to roll around to headlines. I'm very aware that twitter can become an echo chamber if left unchecked so I try not to only follow people I agree with. It is also where I get most of my sport and hobby information - during lockdown I was one of those people who rediscovered the childhood hobby of painting plastic miniatures.

LinkedIn

The required LinkedIn account. I don't know many people who use it for more than job searching, but I also use it to see what my former classmates and lecturers are doing.

Reddit

Although Reddit is also known for beign an echo chamber, I find it a great place for technical support, projects and information about communities and industries.

Instagram

All the photographs taken on this website were taken by me, I enjoy going for walks and occasionally run in a nearby Country Park. I'm trying to get into the habit of posting the best ones to Instagram, but haven't built that habit yet!

Projects

The things I am currently working on in whatever spare time I can find. Anything currently related to my degree course will not be on this site until it is officially graded.

Qualifications

A list of my current qualifications, with links to the relevant authority and where possible a link to a full course description

Links

Links to everywhere else on the internet I have a presence. Although this is a professional site it also links to my personal accounts on some sites.
